Day 1
Meal 1: Oatmeal pancakes with raspberries.
Meal 2: One green apple and Greek yogurt
Meal 3: Turkey wraps
Meal 4: Oatmeal pancakes with a pear
Meal 5: Six raw almonds with 1 cup of milk
Meal 6: Chicken breasts with cucumbers and pepper
Meal 7: Hot water with lemon as a before bed snack
Day 2

Meal 4: English muffin with a three-eggs omelet with baby spinach leaves
Meal 5: A can of tuna with purple cabbage, carrots and Dijon mustard
Meal 6: Two spider bites with one green apple
Meal 7: Red bell pepper and hot water with lemon as a before bed snack
Day 3
Meal 1: One green apple
Meal 2: Greek yogurt with one cup of blueberries and one cup of raspberries
Meal 3: One clementine with one hard-boiled egg
Meal 4: Salad of parsley and dandelion greens
Meal 5: One hard-boiled egg with one cup of vegetable soup
Meal 6: Chicken breasts with avocado slices
Meal 7: One fiber treat (melt 2/3 bag semi sweet chocolate chips, stir in 1 bag of fiber one cereal, add 1/4 cup craisins. Spoon one by one onto a baking tray lined with wax paper and freeze it)
Day 4
Meal 1: One fiber treat with a cup of coffee
Meal 2: One banana with a peanut butter
Meal 3: Oatmeal pancake with one cup of raspberries
Meal 4: One hard-boiled egg with one red pepper, one cucumber and one carrot
Meal 5: Oatmeal pancake with a grapefruit
Meal 6: Chicken breasts with avocado and strawberries and green salad
Meal 7: Hot water with a lemon juice as a before bed snack
Day 5
Meal 1: One toasted bread with a low-fat peanut butter with one green apple
Meal 2: One banana with six raw almonds
Meal 3: Cheese with one red pepper
Meal 4: A can of tuna with purple cabbage, carrots and Dijon mustard
Meal 5: Oatmeal pancake with a grapefruit
Meal 6: One grilled tuna steak with broccoli
Meal 7: One cup of peppermint tea
